Chiropractic Care
When you visit our practice for chiropractic care, there’s one thing we’d like you to understand: this isn’t your typical chiropractor’s office. Gone are the days of fast, adjustment-only appointments.
We take a different approach. Our goal is to help you get well, and stay well, as efficiently as we can. Through a careful exam and the right treatment, we dig in to understand what is going on in your body and address the root cause of your complaints, not just the sore spot.
We use a variety of chiropractic adjustment techniques tailored to your needs. Then we take it a step further and build a therapy program that supports recovery and mobility, so you regain strength and function.

Therapeutic Rehabilitation
The goal is simple: long-term success. When you visit us for treatment, our doctors design a rehabilitation program around your body and your goals. It is built for progress in the office and gives you the tools to keep that progress going outside of it. Treatment takes less than an hour of your day, and what you do with the other hours matters just as much.
Rehab-style exercise helps lock in the progress you make in the office and builds the strength and control your joints need, so everyday movement feels easier.
Manual Therapy & Myofascial Release
Tension in the muscles often plays a role in pain. Whether you are dealing with a tight muscle that just won’t let up, a painful knot, or a strain from activity, we use a range of hands-on techniques to address it.
Myofascial release is a hands-on technique that focuses on releasing tension or “knots” in the soft tissue. By loosening those tissues, we help restore motion, ease discomfort, and lay the foundation for better function.

Massage Therapy in Wentzville
Therapeutic massage with Brandy Keffer, LMT, our in-house licensed massage therapist, is available on Tuesdays in 30-, 60-, and 90-minute sessions. Massage pairs well with chiropractic care when tight, overworked muscles are part of your pain, and it can be booked on its own.

Dry Needling
Dry needling uses thin, sterile filament needles to release trigger points, the tight knots in a muscle that cause pain and can refer it to other areas. It is a modern, muscle-focused technique and is not acupuncture. Dry needling is used alongside chiropractic care when your exam shows it will help, and both Dr. Joshua Baird and Dr. Mary Momper perform it.
