Therapeutic Massage With Brandy
Brandy Keffer is our licensed massage therapist (LMT) and sees patients on Tuesdays. Sessions are adjusted to your comfort and what you want to work on.

- 60 minutes: time to work through a couple of problem areas

Which do I need?
Start with chiropractic care if…
- You have pain that is sharp, keeps coming back, or travels down an arm or leg
- Moving or turning is limited
- You want to know what is causing the problem

- You mainly feel tight, sore, or stressed muscles
- You want to relax overworked areas after work or training
- You are already under chiropractic care and want to add soft-tissue work
How massage and chiropractic care work together
Muscles and joints affect each other. When a joint is stiff, the muscles around it often guard and tighten, and tight muscles can keep a joint from moving well. Chiropractic care focuses on joint motion, movement, and exercise; massage focuses on the soft tissue. Used together, they can help you feel looser and move more comfortably.
Many patients pair a massage with their chiropractic care, especially for back pain and neck pain that comes with a lot of muscle tension.
What to expect
- A quick conversation about where you are tight and what you want from the session
- Pressure adjusted to your comfort. Speak up anytime
- Some people feel mildly sore for a day afterward, much like after a workout
- Drink water and move gently afterward
