Dr. Joshua Baird

Full bio
Born and raised in Ontario, Canada, Dr. Baird moved to St. Louis to pursue his dream of becoming a chiropractor. After graduating from Logan Chiropractic College, he joined the Back Pain Center team to lead its Wentzville clinic. In 2025 he bought the practice, and he is now its sole owner and operator.
During his time at Logan, Dr. Baird was a student representative of the Motion Palpation Institute. He has completed parts A through D of the McKenzie Institute and has done extensive work in the rehabilitation side of chiropractic, with an emphasis on dynamic neuromuscular stabilization.

Dr. Mary Momper, DC
Chiropractor

Dr. Momper is originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana. Her interest in movement and performance took her to Ball State University, where she completed a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a Master’s in Biomechanics and ran collegiate and club cross country and track along the way.
She then came to St. Louis to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic at Logan University, where her hands-on training included the Sports and Rehabilitation Rotation. As a student, she was active in the Motion Palpation Institute, the Rehab 2 Performance Club, and the Forward Thinking Chiropractic Alliance.

Who We Are
Back Pain Center Wentzville is a hands-on chiropractic clinic at 905 Main Plaza Drive in Wentzville, Missouri. Take the first step toward pain relief and better movement by scheduling a visit with our team. Our Story
Back Pain Center Wentzville started out as a satellite office of Back Pain Center O’Fallon. In 2025, Dr. Joshua Baird bought the Wentzville clinic, and today he is its sole owner and operator. We are now a separate, independently owned practice, and we are grateful for our roots with our friends at Back Pain Center O’Fallon.
