- Check-in. If you bring your completed new patient forms, check-in is quick. If not, please arrive 10 minutes early so you have time to fill them out at the office.
- Your story. We talk through what hurts, when it started, what makes it better or worse, and what you want to get back to.
- A focused exam. We look at how you move and check joints, muscles, and nerves, so we can find the cause and not just the sore spot.
- Clear findings. You hear what we found in plain language and what we recommend, and you can ask anything.
- Care and a home routine. Hands-on care starts in that same visit, right after your exam, and you leave with simple things to do at home.

How Long Will It Take?
Your first visit takes about 45 minutes and includes your history, a full exam, and your first treatment. Download and fill out the new patient forms (typed or printed) and bring them to your first visit, or arrive 10 minutes early to fill them out at the office. Follow-up visits are shorter.
